We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. The opportunity
We are looking for two registered Massage Therapist( male and female) to join our clinic on contract basis to meet growing patient demand.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while ensuring punctuality and excellent customer service.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all licensing, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care when necessary.
Skills and requirements
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures, addressing client concerns, and providing professional guidance.
- Ability to listen attentively and customize treatments based on individual client needs.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a genuine passion for promoting health and wellness.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting required
- Current CMTO registration in good standing
