Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of service
- Clear tables and ensure cleanliness of dining areas throughout shifts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with food preparation and station setup as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in all work areas, including kitchen, dining room, and restrooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
