Machine Operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Colborne, ON. The role requires you to have strong mechanical aptitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous learning. This role involves operating CNC machining centers, performing inspections, and maintaining high standards of safety and workplace cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts into CNC machining centers

Deburr machined parts as required
-
Visually inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
-
Perform dimensional inspections on finished parts to verify accuracy
-
Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
-
Follow all company Health & Safety rules and protocols

Keep individual workstation and overall shop environment clean and organized
Qualifications:
- CNC experience preferred

Manufacturing experience preferred

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
-
Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to continuous learning and skill development

Ability to absorb and retain information through on-the-job training

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
