Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Support - Axis Security Camera Consultant to provide expert technical assistance and support for security camera systems and related IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing Axis security camera installations, ensuring seamless operation across various operating systems and network environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of computer networking, and experience with diverse IT support tools to deliver exceptional service to clients and internal teams.
Duties
- Install, configure, and maintain Axis security camera systems in various client environments.
- Set up camera object analytics and fencing
- Provide technical support for security camera hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting software problems and hardware malfunctions.
- Perform desktop support tasks related to security camera management on multiple operating systems.
- Troubleshoot software issues related to operating systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide clear communication regarding technical solutions.
- Conduct routine system checks and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the development of user guides or training materials for end-users on security camera systems.
- Some in-the-field duties setting up cameras and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support roles with a focus on computer networking and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Axis security camera systems or similar IP-based surveillance technology is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to perform hardware installation and troubleshooting of computer components.

Pay: $45,760.00-$54,080.00 per year
