Maintenance Technician

Source Machine is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our CNC manufacturing facility. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, facility maintenance, and assisting with machine installations to help maximize equipment uptime.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines and shop equipment.
- Assist with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical repairs.
- Complete general facility maintenance and repair projects.
- Support machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude with industrial or maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems is an asset.
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
- Millwright apprenticeship or trade experience is an asset but not required.
