Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Marketing Specialist to spearhead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand's presence. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in field marketing and a demonstrated history of crafting and implementing successful outreach strategies. This role demands a creative problem-solver with strong interpersonal abilities who excels at managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Build a database of target clients, including key decision-makers and contact details.
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Building and managing relationships with clients and job seekers through targeted personal outreach.
- Conduct door-to-door marketing to introduce the agency's services to local businesses and organizations.
- Represent the agency at in-person events, networking functions, and community outreach initiatives to generate leads.
- Developing marketing strategies to attract top talent and generate client leads - though direct engagement
- Collaborating with recruiters to understand hiring needs and create tailored outreach strategies.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to keep the relationship active.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, in-person visits, and other direct communication channels.
- Negotiate service packages, fees, and marketing strategies with corporate clients face-to-face.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on cold calling and in-person sales, and client-facing outreach.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal collaboration and client-facing initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and face-to-face client interactions.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative hands-on marketing solutions..
