Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Support the serving team by delivering orders promptly and accurately to tables or designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas, including food stations, utensils, and equipment
- Handle food safety procedures diligently, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Operate POS systems such as Veloce POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling with accuracy
- Contribute to overall restaurant operations by supporting meal preparation, cleaning duties, and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent guest services by responding courteously to customer inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience or hospitality background preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in kitchen operations, serving, or food handling is advantageous
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Veloce POS or similar platforms for cashiering tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with proactive communication abilities
