Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk (Contract) to support our administrative team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within various databases and systems. Duties
- Enter and update data into company databases and ERP systems with high accuracy
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
- Collect, verify, and compile data from various sources for reporting purposes
- Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as data collection, data cleansing, and record management
- Ensure data confidentiality and security protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and document management
- Support team members with ad hoc data-related projects as needed
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in computer skills including typing, data entry, and file management
- Experience working with data collection, clerical tasks, and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure error-free data input and management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
