Duties
- Perform massage therapy, reflexology, and bodywork techniques tailored to individual client needs
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to ensure effective therapy sessions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all licensing, certification, and safety standards required by local regulations
Skills
- Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques, reflexology, and bodywork modalities
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain treatment plans
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to body health and wellness treatments
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Active listening skills combined with empathy to build trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety standards
