The Territory Sales Manager owns the commercial success of an assigned territory by driving distribution, retail execution, customer relationships, and sales growth. Working closely with licensed retailers and internal cross-functional teams, identify opportunities, execute strategic account plans, and ensure Olli Brands is constantly represented as a preferred supplier throughout Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
Territory & Account Management

Become the trusted business partner retailers rely on to grow both their business and ours
- Plan daily, weekly, and quarterly activities to meet distribution, visibility, and sales objectives
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing retail partners to grow volume and distribution
- Manage assigned budget responsibly and accurately
Sales Execution

Conduct sales calls and store visits following structured selling approaches.
- Present brand stories and product knowledge through staff trainings and in-store demonstrations and events.
- Support merchandising initiatives including display setup, placement optimization, and promotional execution
- Identify opportunities to expand assortment and distribution across key accounts
Market Insights & Collaboration

Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the internal team
- Work alongside brand, marketing, and leadership teams to activate programming and support launches
- Provide feedback from retailers to help improve programs, offerings, and market strategies
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in cannabis, CPG, beverage alcohol, or other fast-paced industries
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Excellent planning, organization, and time-management abilities
- Effective negotiator with strong influencing skills
- Understanding of cannabis products, consumer trends, and regulations (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong business acumen with ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans
Performance & Accountability

Report to the Sales Director
- Provide weekly updates on sales performance, account activity, opportunities, and risks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer interactions, pipeline status, and action items
- Track progress against sales targets, KPIs, and individual objectives
- Ensure all customer meetings, follow-ups, and action items are documented and completed on time
- Attend and actively contribute to weekly sales meetings and on-on-one performance reviews
- Maintain a structured weekly account plan with clearly defined priorities and follow-up actions
