Description: The Wash Bay Attendant washes trucks, trailers or other equipment. Wash Bay Attendants carry out daily duties that ensure effective operation of the truck and trailer wash facility as directed by the wash bay manager.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in wash process
- Be friendly and courteous to all customers
- Will be required to wash, brush, scrub and rinse vehicles
- Take great care to ensure no spots are missed and no damage occurs to customer vehicles
- Keep wash bay clean, tidy and organized as directed by wash bay manager
- Must be punctual
- May require flexible working hours
- Must have ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Willing to perform other tasks as directed by the wash bay manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Physically fit to withstand elements of the job
- Good communication skills
- Experience related in the industrial equipment or machinery sector is an asset
- Detail oriented
- Skilled in priority management
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Good working in teams
- Class 1 Drivers License is considered an asset, but not a requirement
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
