The PACE Program is looking for creative and flexible individuals to join our supportive and skilled professional team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity for Early Childhood Educators to work within a team to provide support to young children who demonstrate emotional and/or behavioural challenges. The successful individuals will have a (or able to obtain) with a minimum 5 year and at .
The Family Program is a unique, innovative program, with a high ratio of teachers to children, offering a supportive environment to work intensively with both the child and their family, developing social/emotional skills and attachments. The program works in partnership with the child’s family, caregivers, and other professionals, to establish goals and a plan based on strengths and needs. This position includes supporting the children to and from the program in our 15-seat passenger van, with another team member.
Outreach Support Services includes offering hands-on support and consultation to early childhood and school age programs, in Vancouver and Richmond, supporting children with high emotional and behavioural challenges.

What you bring:· ECE qualifications required
- Clean Driving Abstract (5 years, no concerning infractions)
- Past work in a variety of childcare settings preferred
- Valid First Aid - Emergency Child Care & CPR B
- Clear Criminal Record for working with Vulnerable Populations
- Experience supporting families an asset
- Leadership skills an asset
