We need locals - people already living in Oceanside on Vancouver Island to support residents in our community.
The BEE TEAM has clients waiting for you ! Technicians servicing Oceanside, Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum and areas in between. We have professional standards and great clients.

We are looking for your enthusiasm, and work ethic for service to local seniors. Prior experience in cleaning, or customer service is a plus and fluency in English is required, to converse with our team and seniors. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and attention to detail are highly valued by our clients. PLUS you are in control of your job schedule!
* Continuity is paramount - we need people who are available a minimum of 3 weekdays 8:30-3:30 M-F ~ Clients are looking for for regular, punctual service and friendly faces!
(* Very little evening or weekend work )
This is maintenance work with repeat clients who want Top Quality recurring cleaning services with vibrant happy people. ( NO heavy duty, commercial or strenuous cleaning)
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- (Some laundry duties - washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing)
- Punctual be on time & efficiently complete jobs within scheduled job time
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients to understand preferences
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely, kept clean & well maintained
- Excellence in customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintaining high-quality standards, with Reliability & Punctuality
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing
- Reliable vehicle and your own cell phone is required
