Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Repair/Maintenance Labourer to join our client's growing team. Our client provides maintenance and repair services to commercial buildings all throughout Ottawa, so having your own vehicle is a must. Ideally our client is looking for people to assist in painting, flooring and concrete repair. This is an overnight position. If you would like to join a growing team, apply ahead!
Schedule
- 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- Monday - Friday
Roles
- Installing and repairing vinyl flooring, ceramic tiles and other flooring materials
- Perform interior and exterior painting
- Support construction projects by handling materials, tools, and supplies as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify repair needs or safety hazards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety standards
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during daily operations
Responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation (must have car)
- Proven experience in construction, paving, or heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
