Job Brief
We are looking for an dedicated, enthusiastic and hard-working High-Rise Project Coordinator for a position in our Head Office in Pickering. You will be part of the High-Rise Construction team, reporting to the Project Manager, and you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of a project.

Position Responsibilities
· Assist the team in coordination for new project sales launches, concept drawing coordination, marketing coordination, modify construction schedule as needed and review budgets
· Directly involved in coordination of working drawings
· Management of documentation related to design changes, field conditions or regulatory directions to all appropriate parties as it relates to changes in working drawings, marketing drawings and legal drawings
· Prepare tender packages, scopes of work for all disciplines; qualification of bids, meeting coordination
· Contract administration and tracking
· Quantification and qualification of contractor extras; issuances of change orders and PO
· Monthly budget tracking, budget adjustments, journal entries and reporting
· Monitoring construction schedules
· Meeting coordination and minute taking and distribution
· Shop drawing coordinator, processing and distribution
· Collect material relevant to building approvals
· Attend all site meetings and resolve issues with team as they arise
· Create, process, track and distribute RFIs from site, trades and consultants
· On site presence to view and coordinate various issues that may arise.
· Ensure all teams are working from current drawings and expedite this information from consultants as required
· Coordination for completion of purchaser colour selections and associated distribution, pricing and tracking
· Provide efforts to coordinate utility connections (both temporary and permanent)
· Collect and prepare turnover documents for condominium registration
· Work with property management and technical audit for project close-out
Scheduling
· Full-time
· Flex-Hours Monday to Friday;
Required Skills and Experience
· 1-2 years experience in the High-Rise Construction industry preferred
· Preferred educational background in engineering, construction management or related discipline
· Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel and Project. Knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Highly motivated with an ability to work under minimal supervision
· Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn and grow
· Must be comfortable attending construction sites
· WSIB, working at heights and first aid training preferred (or will arrange training after hire)
· G Class driver’s license
