VINCO Enterprise Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Journeyman Carpenter to join our growing team in Cochrane, Alberta. We specialize in high-quality residential construction, custom carpentry, exterior renovations, decks, and specialty building projects. Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of residential and light commercial carpentry
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Lead and mentor apprentices and junior carpenters
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Install framing, finishing, decks, railings, exterior cladding, and custom carpentry features
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and clients as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Assist with project planning and problem-solving in the field
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Carpenter (Alberta certification or recognized equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
- Experience with decks, renovations, and finishing carpentry is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and work in varying weather conditions

Compensation
$34.00 – $50.00 per hour
Based on experience, leadership ability, and skill set.
Location
Cochrane, Alberta and surrounding areas.
