Expectations:
Source new sales opportunities for our clients through cold-calling lists of homeowners across North America. You will be provided with lists of prospects who meet our ICP (Ideal Client Profile) and expected to navigate the lists, qualify the prospects, and book opportunities for our clients. To do this, you will be expected to:
- Call through your lists to completion daily (300 calls),
- Learn and adapt to our cold call booking processes,
- Update & track prospects through booking software & follow SOP,
- Accept feedback from team leadership regarding booking quality & sit rates.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to integrate with our team
- Coachable
