About the Opportunity:
A growing residential real estate developer is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support the sales and marketing of new home communities. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and guiding purchasers through the home-buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
- Conduct community, model home, and site tours while presenting features, floor plans, pricing, and incentives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to purchase agreement execution and closing coordination.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential real estate, new home sales, or a related sales environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Ontario real estate licensing or registration is required.
Pay: $70,200.00-$124,284.48 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oshawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
