We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling cabinets and other wooden products. The ideal candidate will have experience in millwork, carpentry, and operating hand and power tools with precision and confidence. Duties:
- Fabricate and assemble cabinets according to specifications
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and drawings
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and finish wood materials
- Install hardware such as hinges, slides, handles, and knobs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Proficient in cabinet making techniques and woodworking principles
- Strong carpentry skills with the ability to use power tools effectively
- Knowledge of different types of wood materials and their characteristics
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and drawings
- Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship skills
- Wanting to work and learn
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
