At TMMP, the Project Coordinator isn't a support role. You're the operational backbone of the projects department. You'll be building RFPs from scratch, managing billing end-to-end in QuickBooks, coordinating subcontractors, and producing the reports that keep our clients confident and our projects profitable. It's busy, it's varied, and no two days look the same.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and submitting competitive estimates, RFPs, and RFQs
- Managing LEMs end-to-end in QuickBooks - from reviewing field records to DocuSign distribution
- Keeping the AR Tracking Sheet accurate and up to date on every active project
- Setting up new jobs in QuickBooks and SiteDocs; issuing job notices to the team
- Sourcing pricing from suppliers and subs; issuing POs and tracking deliveries
- Coordinating subcontractor mobilization including WCB, COI, and site orientation
- Compiling and submitting weekly and monthly project reports
- Managing project documentation - ITPs, QCR reports, drawing revisions, and closeout packages
- Identifying and tracking change orders; communicating scope changes to the PM
- Preparing month-end billing LEMs and supporting cost accruals and forecasting
- Supporting site visits, project meetings, and team onboarding as needed
What You Bring
- 2–5 years in project coordination or civil construction administration
- Hands-on experience with billing, LEM development, or job costing in construction
- QuickBooks or similar job costing software experience
- Ability to read construction drawings and contract documents
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
Bonus Points For
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management
- Experience in mining or heavy civil construction
- Familiarity with SiteDocs, DocuSign, or similar platforms
- CET designation or eligibility
- Experience across T&M, Lump Sum, and Unit Rate contracts
Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
