Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently through account analysis and detailed ledger reviews.
- Assist with account reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy in financial records and support month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with team members on budgeting tasks and provide detailed reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills combined with the ability to analyze accounts effectively for discrepancies or errors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Prior experience in financial services or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $16.00-$27.00 per hour
