Job Description
- Bring Pizzas and products to the customers
- Make dough based on business volumes and needs
- Maintain Lobby area clean
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes and pans, and dough trays
- Keep production area and restaurant clean
- Replenish condiments and other supplies and coke fridges as needed
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand and machine
- Scour pots and pans
- Package take-out food
- Portion and wrap foods
- Prep and label all food and prep products
- Maintain and monitor food expiration dates and proper FIFO rotation
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
- Serve customers at counters or to heat rack
- Stock refrigerators pop coolers
- Take customers' orders and handle payments
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, shelving, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Follow and maintain cleaning and deep cleaning check lists
- Sweep, mop, wash and floors
- Perform cashiering duties, cashout procedures and closings
- Maintain temperature logs of our makeline and refrigeration equipment
- Maintain and put daily entries into food waste logs

Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
