We're looking for a naturally outgoing, energetic people person who loves making others feel welcome. This isn't a traditional administrative reception position. Instead, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression while keeping our front office and showroom running smoothly.

What You'll DoCustomer Experience
- Welcome every visitor with a warm, professional greeting.
- Offer refreshments to waiting clients.
- Ensure every customer feels acknowledged immediately upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up on missed calls and general customer inquiries when appropriate.
- Assist walk-in customers with basic questions before connecting them with sales or customer service.
Showroom & Front Office
- Maintain an inviting, organized, and professional reception area.
- Keep the showroom clean, stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
- Monitor displays and promotional materials to ensure they remain current and visually appealing.
- Receive deliveries and notify team members.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Help prepare meeting rooms for client appointments.
Team Support
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Support company events, client appreciation days, and open houses.
- Help maintain office supplies and client hospitality items.
- Provide general administrative support when time allows.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or reception experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset.
- Experience with Quickbooks is an asset.

Pay: $20.50-$22.00 per hour
