Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Professional promoter with excellent communication skills
- Dedicated and highly organized
- Goal-oriented with strong leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand the sales team
- Manage job postings, interviews, and hiring processes
- Conduct weekly team meetings
- Set goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
- Identify roadblocks affecting team success
- Provide recommendations and solutions to management to improve overall team performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth
- Support and mentor team members to help them achieve individual and team objectives
