Alexander Willowridge LP is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators and Laborers experienced with civil earthworks construction for a major project at an industrial plant in the Fort Saskatchewan, AB area. We are looking for the following:
- Equipment Operators: Heavy Equipment -Excavator Operators , Rock Truck Drivers, Utility Operators (Skidsteer, Packer, Loader, and dozer)
- Skilled Labourers: spotting/flagging experience required; 2 positions require Gradesman experience
The scope of work for this project will evolve from earthworks to snow removal to earthworks - all season, local work.
Schedule: 6 days per week, up to 12 hours per day

Responsibilities (Operators)
- Participating in team safe work planning and execution strategies by utilizing our library of industry leading safe work practices, policies, and procedures
- Road building, maintenance, snow removal and winter site operations
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment
- Utility Operators: ability to switch to operating various equipment such as dozers, loaders, skid steers and packers
Responsibilities (Labourers)
- Spotting and flagging
- Gradesman duties (2 positions)
- Site fueling
- General skilled labourer duties
Experience (Operators)
- Must have minimum 5 years experience operating multiple pieces of equipment in an industrial plant environment
- Willingness and ability to switch between multiple pieces of equipment when required
- Experience working in congested areas and ability to follow spotters direction
Experience (Labourers)
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Labourer on an Industrial Construction site
- Spotting & Flagging experience required
- Gradesman experience (2 positions)
Requirements:
- Clean D&A record
- CSTS-09 or CSTS 2020
- WHMIS 2015
- Full Class 5 Drivers License with Clean 3 years Driver's Abstract
