Based out of Burnaby (or other areas in the Lower Mainland), Calgary or Edmonton, you’ll have the opportunity to work as part of multi-disciplinary project teams associated with our Western Canada Offices to contribute to the environmental planning, permitting, and construction support efforts of government and privately-owned infrastructure projects. As a Junior Wildlife Field Biologist, you’ll have the opportunity to be mentored and support field work for wildlife surveys, but also field work for other biophysical disciplines as needed. This position will start in the spring with an anticipated 80% of travel for fieldwork and 20% office work. A successful offer will be a 6- to 9-month contract or full-time depending on workload and/or skillset. Contracts have the potential for extension or conversion to fulltime.
