Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Prepare, fit, and assemble metal components prior to welding.
Ensure all welds meet CWB standards, customer specifications, and quality requirements.
Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance.
Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment safely.
Maintain welding equipment and report any maintenance requirements.
Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Work closely with fabrication and production teams to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Minimum 10 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or custom fabrication environment.
Valid CWB Welding Certificate (required).
Strong experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
Excellent knowledge of welding procedures, metallurgy, and fabrication techniques.
Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
