Summary
We are seeking a Bra Fitter to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in helping our customers find the perfect fit and feel confident in their choices. Based in Red Deer, you will contribute to our mission of empowering women through exceptional service and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right lingerie and fitting bras to ensure comfort and confidence.
- Educate clients on proper fitting techniques and product features.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment.
- Manage multiple customer needs efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest lingerie trends and fitting methods.
- Support inventory management and store merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with our brand values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the lingerie or fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning about lingerie fitting techniques.
- Professional attitude with a mature approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with medical terminology is not required but can be considered a plus.
