Duties
- Prepare and execute dishes within Guyanese-Chinese cuisine
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Assist with menu development and specialty dishes
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Collaborate with kitchen management and team members
Requirements
- Proven experience cooking Guyanese-Chinese cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional flavours, techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
