We are looking for a highly motivated Admissions Advisor who enjoys sales, relationship building, and helping prospective students achieve their educational goals. This is a sales-focused role where your success will be measured by your ability to engage leads, build trust, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Position Summary
As an Admissions Advisor, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, proactively following up with prospective students, providing program consultations, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process.
You will communicate with prospective students through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, video meetings, and other communication channels while working closely with the admissions and student services teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management
- Respond promptly to all new inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on existing leads.
- Conduct consultations to understand each student's educational goals.
- Recommend suitable programs based on student needs.
- Explain tuition, admission requirements, program outcomes, and application procedures.
- Build relationships that lead to successful enrollments.
- Consistently follow up with prospective students until a decision is made.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Student Recruitment
- Guide applicants through the admissions process.
- Review documentation and ensure application requirements are complete.
- Coordinate with admissions and student services teams.
- Support recruitment campaigns and promotional events.
- Represent IH Vancouver professionally during information sessions and education events.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and notes.
- Track all communications and follow-up activities.
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Maintain excellent response times and customer service standards.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to generate new leads.
- Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and student recruitment events.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, admissions, recruitment, or business development.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred
- Experience in education, international education, admissions, or immigration-related services.
- Experience with student information systems or CRM platforms.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
