247 Fulfillment is hiring one full-time Warehouse Order Picker at our Mississauga fulfillment centre.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. You will use ShipHero and an RF barcode scanner to pick ecommerce and wholesale orders. Your accuracy and productivity will be tracked. The right person can keep a steady pace without cutting corners.
Responsibilities
- Pick ecommerce and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
- Use ShipHero and an RF barcode scanner throughout the shift
- Locate products using assigned warehouse bin locations
- Verify SKUs, quantities, sizes and product variations
- Stage completed orders for the packing team
- Replenish pick locations and keep aisles organized
- Report damaged products, incorrect locations and inventory discrepancies
- Help with cycle counts, restocking and other warehouse duties as needed
- Follow warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements
Requirements
- At least one year of warehouse order-picking, ecommerce fulfillment or distribution experience
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management software
- ShipHero experience is an asset
- Able to maintain a fast, consistent pace without sacrificing accuracy
- Able to repeatedly lift boxes weighing up to 50 lb
- Able to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Able to reliably commute to 2550 Stanfield Rd for a 7:00 a.m. start
- Must provide and wear CSA-approved safety footwear
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- 40 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be offered during high-volume periods
Pay and position
- $21.00 per hour
- Full-time, permanent
- On-site parking
- Training on our systems and room to take on more responsibility based on performance
