Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other laser-based aesthetic treatments with precision and care.
- Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare procedures, and product recommendations to enhance results.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs, answering questions, and creating a positive experience.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products suited to individual skin types and concerns.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow while maintaining quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Experience with laser treatments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to promote products effectively.
