Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates using HR sourcing techniques, social media platforms, and lead generation methods.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach efforts to prospective candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Negotiate employment offers and employment terms with candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Support employer branding efforts by representing the company professionally at job fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling and research methods.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of employee relations principles and training & development processes is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
