Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fast Food Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience in restaurant management, food handling, and team supervision is essential to succeed in this position. The Fast Food Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high-quality service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS), and ensure accuracy in financial procedures
- Train new staff members through interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching
- Monitor food safety practices, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper food handling procedures
- Enforce compliance with health regulations and company policies
- Support restaurant management in implementing marketing initiatives and operational improvements
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in the food industry or restaurant environment
- Extensive food service experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and hospitality roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff members
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service and team management
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
