DESCRIPTION:
The INTAKE COORDINATOR/RECRUITER will be responsible
to recruit adult learners for Urban Circle's Programs, manage
full-cycle recruitment program intakes, Info presentations,
attend career fairs/events and to working closely with funding
partners. This position is ideal for someone with strong
communication skills, works independently and a passion for
working in the Indigenous community. You are invited to join a

QUALIFICATIONS:
. Persons from Grassroots Community and can relate to
Indigenous Community in the core areas of City of
Winnipeg and to have knowledge of Indigenous
Cultural Approaches
. Knowledge in Current Social Media Trends
. Must come with Creative Thinking to Explore New
Recruitment Strategies
. Must have Strong Communication & Interpersonal
Skills
. Must be Flexible, Self-Motivated & Assertive
. Must have a Vehicle and class 5 Drivers Licence
. Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills
. Experience working in Fast Paced Organization
. Asset to have Previous Recruitment Experience
