Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercises, injury prevention strategies, and post-treatment care.
- Document patient interactions accurately in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment in compliance with health standards.
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospital settings with exposure to acute care environments.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices within physiotherapy.
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to physical therapy and healthcare documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and treatment planning.

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
