Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Compensation : $23.76/hr
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and support clients with their needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Training & Work Schedule
Training (6 Weeks)
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-person training (attendance is mandatory)
After Training
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Hybrid work schedule:
- 1 week working in the office
- 1 week working from home (alternating weekly)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Meet individual performance targets while contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (call center or retail) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
Pay: $23.76 per hour
