Juice Bar Team Member
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Juice Bar Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer while preparing high-quality food and beverages in a clean, efficient, and fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in maintaining our standards for food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, specialty beverages, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure efficient service during shifts
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient measuring and assembly of food and beverage
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow food safety protocols related to food handling and hygiene practices
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure timely service
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service environment preferred; barista or serving experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cashiering
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Process cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments accurately
- Balance the cash register at the end of shifts when required
- Follow company procedures for handling payments and refunds
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
