We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have real estate law experience, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
What is unique about our firm is that we like to give our real estate clerks more responsibilities with drafting legal documents and managing client files. All work will be assisted and reviewed by our lawyers, but it can be much more rewarding to have more involvement in your real estates files.
We are a very busy law firm and we have very high expectations of our real estate clerks. We compensate our clerks well and we focus on creating a positive and welcoming work environment.
Duties include:
Managing deadlines and timelines. - Communication with Clients - Drafting legal documents with guidance from our lawyers - Perform data entry into our system - Transcribe, Proofread and edit legal documents - file legal documents in court.
