Repel Technologies is looking to hire a full-time Low Voltage/Structured Wiring Technician to join our growing team (previous experience an asset, but not required). In this position, you will be working in our network of residential and commercial developers rough-in low voltage wiring of the various products we offer; security and CCTV systems , structured cabling and networking, home automation control systems, audio video equipment, and custom home theaters. Working independently and as part of a bigger team, you will be involved in a wide variety of job scopes and systems.
This is an entry position for individuals looking to enter this industry. You will be paired up with a senior foreman and the primary role would be of a helper.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pre-wiring and rough-in of low voltage products (Alarm, Cameras, Tel/Data/Cable, Automation, etc.)
- Reviewing work orders/job details ahead of time and preparing equipment for jobs.
- Proper maintenance of installation notes and records, including wire diagrams.
- Must represent Repel Technologies in a professional manner, as you will be the face of the company at various job sites.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous work experience of low voltage/structured wiring for alarms, cameras, tel/data/cable, A/V, home automation wiring is considered a strong asset but not required.
- Must be able to work independently without supervision and as part of a team.
- Hand Tools of the trade.
- Valid BC Drivers License.
- High School Diploma minimum.
