Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our tree nursery products through effective communication and strategic sales techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a background in B2B sales, and proficiency in English. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and follow up on inbound inquiries
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service
- Present product features and benefits clearly to prospective customers, emphasizing value propositions
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals aligned with company objectives
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings to effectively position our solutions
- Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and potential clients
- Proficent in MS Word, Excel and Emails would be ideal
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, technical sales processes, and business development techniques
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic outreach and relationship management
- If nursery or farm sales experience would be an asset but no required
- Generous commission structure to promote success and growth
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
