Job description
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide quality care to clients, at the direction of the LPN coordinator, for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
· Provide nursing services which may include, but are not limited to:
o Vital signs
o IM & subcutaneous injections
o Wound care management
o Foley catheter insertions and removals
o G-tube feedings
· Maintain appropriate client records and documentation.
· Maintain current registration in good standing with CLPNA.
Qualifications
· Must agree to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
· Must have, or be able to obtain, an active practice permit with the CLPNA.
· Reliable transportation is required.
· Must be reliable, flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt to change.
· Current CPR & First Aid is a must.
· A clear criminal record check that has been obtained in the last 90 days is required.
Mandatory rotation of 12 on, 2 off
