Responsabilités principales :
- Diriger, motiver et encadrer une équipe de 4 à 9 personnes selon l'équipe, former les nouveaux employés, préparer les zones de travail, organiser les flux de production et contrôler la qualité.
- Repartir les taches et s'assurer du respect des délais de production.
- Assurer le remplacement du personnel en cas de congés, d'absences ou autres.
- Respecter en permanence les normes d'efficacité et de sécurité.

- Provide staff coverage in case of leave, absences, or other absences.
