We are seeking a friendly and professional Barber to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their hair styling needs, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients at the front desk with a warm and professional demeanor
- Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences and needs
- Perform hair styling services including cuts, color, and treatments (if qualified)
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
- Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage appointment scheduling and assist clients with bookings or rescheduling
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
- Assist with maintaining the salon’s appearance and organization throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
- Hair styling experience or certification is a plus but not required for all positions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while providing excellent service
- Friendly, professional attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
