Job Summary
This is a part-time on-site position for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Bolton, ON. The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors to the dealership. This role is responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience while managing incoming communications, supporting sales and administrative processes and maintaining accurate customer and transaction records. The Receptionist ensures efficient front desk operations by handling phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling customer appointments, processing documentation and assisting with dealership administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by greeting and assisting all walk-in visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and manage all incoming dealership phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer leads received through phone calls, email inquiries and in-person visits
- Schedule customer appointments for sales or other dealership services, ensuring accurate communication between customers and staff
- Accurately record and track all customer lead information in the dealership’s systems to ensure proper follow-up and reporting
- Contact dealers as required for ownership documentation and related administrative follow-ups
- Maintain and update ownership records and related customer information within internal systems
- Perform data entry tasks including entering Bills of Sale and ensuring all transaction details are accurately documented
- Monitor and maintain organized records related to sales leads, customer information and dealership transactions
- Coordinate outgoing mail and shipments, including preparing and sending packages via UPS or other courier services
- Support the sales and administrative teams with additional clerical or front-desk tasks as required to ensure smooth dealership operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative or customer service role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of office software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail; particularly with data entry and record management
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, data entry systems and office software)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, sales staff and management
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
