Chronicle Coffee Roasters is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic production associate to join our growing business. We are looking for someone highly organized, detailed and passionate about coffee that would like to work alongside a young energetic production team. It would be great if you have previous food and beverage production experience. However, if you do not we are willing to teach the right person about coffee, grinding, roasting, packaging, and the utilization of production equipment. MUST be fluent in English.
The position is full-time with scheduled shifts of 7 AM-4 PM Monday to Friday.
Job Description
- Following daily checklists
- Assist warehouse management
- Cleaning production area
- Shipping and receiving (pick, unload and store)
- Equipment cleaning
- Labeling
- Packaging
- Preparing and completing orders
- Inventory management duties
- Heavy lifting of green beans and boxes
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30KG
- Work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous production experience an asset
- Take pride in your job
- Good communication skills
- Detail orientated
