- Prepare, organize and file written materials into proper folders
- Check materials to ensure their accuracy and compliance with the requirements
- Type, review and proofread documents and important forms to ensure that they meet the requirements
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new candidates
- Schedule meetings with businesses and individuals for
- Attend client meetings to take notes and record meeting minutes
- Greet and assist any incoming clients
