Delivery Driver - Full-Time | GTALabour Hire Inc. is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver for immediate placement with a well-established client servicing government facilities across the Greater Toronto Area.This is a unique opportunity for a reliable and professional driver who is comfortable operating in secure government environments, including ministry offices and other provincial buildings.
What You Will Do
- Operate mid-size to large cube vans and 5-tonne vehicles for deliveries and pickups across government buildings in the GTA
- Navigate to and from secured government facilities, including the Ministry of Community and Social Services and other cabinet offices
- Follow all sign-in/sign-out and security protocols at government locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Ensure safe handling and transport of materials and supplies
- Communicate professionally with facility staff and security personnel
What You Need
- Valid Class G Driver's License (non-expired — copy required before start)
- Proven experience operating mid-size to large cube vans
- Proven experience operating 5-tonne vehicles
- Must be bondable (clean criminal record required — background check will be conducted)
- Eligible for government building access badge and security clearance
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with GTA routes and government building locations is an asset
