Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent positions across multiple sectors.
- Source candidates through various channels including HR sourcing techniques, cold calling, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate employment terms and facilitate offers to successful candidates.
- Collaborate with HR teams on onboarding processes, employee relations, and training & development initiatives.
- Lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within a human resources environment.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, interviewing techniques, and employee relations management.
- Background in sales or lead generation is advantageous for business development efforts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
