JST Group Corp. is looking for a highly experienced Skilled Labourer to work on an active construction site in St. Catharines. The ideal candidate has strong site experience, is confident operating equipment, and shows natural leadership abilities to take initiative and support the development of a growing crew.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled construction work on-site
- Operate equipment when required (Bobcat, Skid Steer, Forklift, etc.)
- Follow site supervisor instructions and project requirements
- Maintain high productivity and safety standards
- Take initiative and help organize daily tasks
- Step in and support the crew when needed
Requirements
- Strong experience working in construction job sites (mandatory)
- Skilled labour background with equipment operation experience: (Bobcat / Skid Steer Forklift)
- Leadership mindset and ability to take responsibility
- English (required) – communication with supervisors
- Reliable, proactive, and disciplined
- Certifications:
- Working at Heights
- WHMIS
- 4-Step Safety Training
- Equipment certifications
